PRIVACY NOTICE
How we use your workshop information.
J Lemon Ventures LLC (Minnesota) runs Building with AI in HR workshops hosted by Josh Lemon. This notice covers this website and its participant portal.
What we keep
- Account: your email address and sign-in details.
- Profile and registration: name, organization, job title, optional phone, the workshops you register for, your seat status and its history (for example reconfirmed, waitlisted, offered, cancelled).
- Your choices: optional marketing and contact preferences, and any named-sponsor sharing choices, with the date and wording you agreed to.
- Workshop activity: project submissions and gallery votes, and records of resource downloads.
- Email records: which workshop emails were sent to you and their delivery status.
Why
To run the workshop: hold and confirm seats, manage the waitlist, send workshop emails, share the meeting link and files with confirmed participants, and run the project gallery and voting. Optional marketing or follow-up contact happens only if you tick those boxes.
Sharing with sponsors
We share your details with a named sponsor only if you tick the box for that sponsor. Sharing covers your name, email, organization and job title. You can withdraw in My workshops at any time. Withdrawal stops future sharing; it cannot recall details already shared, so contact that sponsor directly as well.
We do not sell personal information or use advertising pixels.
Service providers
The site, database, sign-in and email run on Lovable Cloud. Online sponsor payments, if used, are handled by Stripe. The live workshop runs on Google Meet.
Questions and deletion requests
Email help@aiforhrworkshop.com. We will confirm the request comes from your account email before acting. Some records may be kept where needed, for example a record of the choices you made and when, or details already shared with a sponsor you chose.
